My massage aims not just to relax tight muscles, but to attend to the tight and overburdened nervous systems that so many of us have. I work slow, listening to your body, and move towards deeper structural work once your mind is in a deep state of relaxation.
I truly believe the more your nervous system relaxes, the more your muscles can unwind. My sessions aim to help you slow down from the normalized overproduction of the world.

-The space is located on the second floor, unfortunately with no elevator
